Guarantee:
All products under the FragON brand come with a guarantee. Should you encounter issues with damaged, defective, or unsuitable items, please direct your request to the store, online platform, or distributor where the product was originally obtained.
We take full responsibility for the quality of our products, assuring you of a manufacturer's guarantee or any marketplace guarantee. This ensures that our company commits to warranty obligations at the same level as the equipment manufacturer.
Return Policy:
For products purchased through our official online stores or domestic marketplaces, you can return unused items within 14 days of purchase. To facilitate the process, provide a clear explanation of the reason, supported by high-quality photos and videos. Ensure there are no scuffs, scratches, or damages. Include the receipt, and order number, and specify the name of the official marketplace or store where the product was bought.
In case of defects, exchanges, returns, or repairs, we adhere to the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights. However, any decisions regarding compensation or returns are subject to the internal rules and procedures of the respective marketplace. FragON does not directly compensate customers or influence compensation decisions.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain goods are not eligible for a return, including

- Lingerie
- Printed publications
- Jewelry made of precious metals, stones, and organic formations
- And other stuff with the purpose of personal or hygienic use
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover instances such as:
- Damage to protective signs like stickers, holograms, or seals
- Non-matching serial numbers or markings
- Unauthorized repairs
- Misuse beyond the specified scope
- Damage due to natural disasters, fires, floods, and other uncontrollable situations
- Mechanical or electrical damage resulting from actions by the buyer or third parties
- Damage from foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects, or animals
- Use of consumables that don't meet operational requirements
- Use of non-standard modes or operating parameters
- Damage due to low-quality or defective removable media
